Eager to be back

I have been busy with work and social life, I didn't have time to update my blog.  Tomorrow is our office's Audit day for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.  Come what may...  Hope I don't end up with Non-Conformities...

Anyway, as the "Just Habagat" or the Low Pressure Area hit our city in 2 days, the schooldays were cancelled for a week.
(will write about this on my next blog)

I had time to organize Fonzie's activity sheets.  I just found out that I had to file a lot of his memos coming from his adviser.  I got almost all tips from my eldest daughter's school.  So I adapted Poveda's way of organizing his worksheets...

First, I filed these on a separate folder.  These are payments, accounting slips, school requirement fees.  I don't want to mix these with school memorandum...

Then this one is for the school's memos and announcements, calendar of activities, etc...

And then I realized that I'll be receiving his Tests and Test Results and file them and record the grades he got on their individual Skills Performance Chart.  This was provided by the school.

I put plastic cover for protection so they last
for the whole school year.

These are the worksheets/seatwork or activity sheets, which are different from Test Papers.  These are loosely given to the kids, so I had to file them accordingly.  Since I don't want to be confused with all the filing, I bought a filer.

 And then labeled every divider...

And then everyday, he takes home small notes and memos from the teachers for his reminders and assignments.  I don't know how to file them since they come in different sizes.  So I got an unused notebook, and then made it as a planner or diary for these notes.

 Now they look more organized...

I am so happy that I learned these things from Poveda...  On the next PTC, I will show this to Fonzie's teacher to inspire other moms to do the same and help them organize their kids' stuff...
