Accessorize!

Ever since I was a kid, I enjoyed putting on accessories... From Head to Toe... In the 80's (my peak time!) my mom used to say that I look like a fully decorated christmas tree... Teehee... It was ok... I got plenty of compliments during that time and was always asked where I got those...

Nowadays, I'm into layered chain necklaces, big bangles, and hairbands and scarves...

Last friday, again, I went to the LOTF (Land of the Fakes!) I had to do some errands for my mom, (cakes and salads from Conti's) and I needed to look for a "native Ifugao costume" for my toddler. I know this is the only place where I could buy cheap stuff like that... Oh boy, look what I saw!!! I know my sister will turn red in anger after she sees the following pics...


Fake Goyards!!! My gosh, it looks terrible... It is an ugly and dirty imitation I must say... I just hope that people from the authentic bag industry do have agents here in Asia to at least put a stop to this non-sense... And I don't get why do people buy these stuff??? To pretend that they're rich??? uh-ohh.... terrible, terrible....

After finishing all the errands, I met up with my sister, brother in law and friends, TA and CA... I missed TA and CA... It's been years since I last saw them... Really nice catching up with your good ol' friends...

We had dinner at the new Peri Peri Chicken at The Promenade....

For Appetizers, we had the Peri Peri Taco Salad... I'm giving 4 Stars for this one!!!

For our Main Course, we had Garlic Yellow Rice, the Peri Peri Chicken - 3.5 stars, and

the Peri Peri Shrimp - 3.5 stars



Ambience is ok, restroom is quite small, but at least they managed to separate the B's and the G's, service is fine, price is good, (very affordable) overall, I'm giving The Peri Peri Chicken, 3.67 Stars!!!

That's it for now... I'll be watching Scrubs... Got 2 dvd's for the 1st and 2nd season... Wow, 1 disc for 10 episodes! Looks like a marathon is coming up...
