Craved for Peking Duck

Since it is very impossible for us to dine in a Chinese restaurant next week - for Chinese New Year's celebration, we decided to have it today... My dad's craving for Peking Duck, so we all headed to Choi Garden. It's the newly opened restaurant in Annapolis St., Greenhills, which replaced the defunct
and controversial "Country Waffles"...

From the outside, you'll notice that the interiors are red.. All you see is Red...
A very strong, yet festive color...

Amazed as I was entering the dining area, it looked a lot different from all the other Chinese restaurants I've seen...

There's somewhat a tunnel - that led me to the main dining area...

The interior's magnificent... Even their chopsticks look modern...

I was led upstairs where our reserved table was patiently waiting, and as I was going up the spiral staircase, I noticed that the handrail was made of glass...
From top to bottom - almost invisible...

Above me, is this huge beautiful chandelier...

The chandelier was enormous and can't help but stare at those clear crystals...

From where I was sitting, I can clearly appreciate the artist's work on the huge center chandelier that illuminates in the dining area...

Those are gazillion Swarovski crystals all put together to make a huge lighting... It looks like the place where Superman found
his parents somewhere in the North...

I didn't take the pictures of what we had this evening... Except for the one that we've all been craving for...

It is sooooooooo good... sinful, but really good.... sighhhh... hello, Trans fat!!!

Of course I had to check out their restrooms... I asked my BIL to take pictures because I was curious on how they designed the Men's washrooms...

And, below is the Women's washrooms

and my photographer, my DS Marnie...

And I ain't disappointed... Loved the Black and Gold theme...

We had a sumptuous Pre-Chinese New Year Dinner (again) and I had the pleasure to meet the restaurant's owner - Mr. Choi... Such a sweet, nice person, look, his holding Cassie's hands...

Guys if you plan on dining one of these days, I think you better make your reservations now... I rate this restaurant, a whopping 5 stars!!!

P.S.
I'd like to thank my BIL, Peegee for taking pictures
for this blog... 'til next time Peej...
