DR. GREGORY HOUSE (Hugh Laurie) is a weird, anti-social doctor, he wouldn’t even talk to his patients if he could get away with it. Dealing with his own constant physical pain, he uses a cane that seems to punctuate his acerbic, brutally honest demeanor. House is a maverick physician whose unconventional thinking and flawless instincts have afforded him a great deal of respect. An infectious disease specialist, he’s a brilliant diagnostician who loves the challenges of the medical puzzles he must solve in order to save lives. House’s roster of medical cases comprises the inexplicable ones other doctors can’t solve, and he has assembled an elite team of young medical experts to help him in his effort to solve these diagnostic mysteries. House’s team includes neurologist DR. ERIC FOREMAN (Omar Epps), who might have a slightly suspect past; immunologist DR. ALLISON CAMERON (Jennifer Morrison); and old-money intensevist DR. ROBERT CHASE (Jesse Spencer). House also has a good friend in DR. JAMES WILSON (Robert Sean Leonard), an oncology specialist with whom he consults on a regular basis.
There’s also some volatile chemistry at work between House and DR. LISA CUDDY (Lisa Edelstein), the Dean of Medicine and hospital administrator. Cuddy is in constant conflict with House over his duties at the hospital, but even she must admit he may be the most brilliant doctor on the staff. With a patient’s life in the balance, House will do whatever it takes in the race against the clock to solve the case before it takes a life, from sending one of his team to break into a patient’s home in search of clues, to attempting a controversial, high-stakes, trial-and-error form of treatment to see how a patient responds. House’s methods may be suspect, but his results are not.

Lately, this series has kept us (DH & I) glued on the tube every night... It's a lot different from Grey's... Of course no doubt I think Grey's the best, because of my Mcdreamy... Teehee... shallow... In my opinion, House is deeper, more aggressive, and actually, more informative... I'm just curious: Are those medical situations featured in the series really happen in US Hospitals??? And were Dr. House's findings really relevant? Because honestly, he makes sense, the way he analyzes the patients' problems, digging the roots and causes of the illnesses... And yes, he did send his interns to the houses of the patients to help him get the actual history, his lifestyle, his food, his hobby, everything about the patient...
I like it... But wouldn't really recommend it... At least you, my dear bloggers, know now, what this series is all about... It is because when my friend BF mentioned this to me two months ago, I was hoping that this is a lot like Grey's, but during the first two episodes, I was really bored... I thought it was too serious... But i don't know, somehow, for 2 weeks, we've been watching it every night and gladly, I'm looking forward every single night for a new and exciting episode.
So how about you guys? Which do you think is better? House or Grey?
I have to go watch the SONA first... (<..> as if???) be right back...
