Goodbye South Beach, Hello Fat Smash!

I have always been "on the plump side".... I've tried countless diets and video exercises already, they all worked for days, and then go on plateau for sometime, then slowly, gained back all the lost pounds... Everything worked that way... I admit, South Beach was the most successful plan I've ever done, but unfortunately, after the 3rd phase, I went on plateau. When I tried to go back on the 1st phase, it didn't work the way it used to... No more weight loss, and craving never disappeared... So i stopped... That's when I began to gain more weight again... 'Been a victim of the yo-yo diet for years now...

Exercising is really, really boring... I know you gu
ys laugh at me... I've been promising myself to give at least 21 days non-stop exercising just to make it a habit... But it never happened... I really want to spare time for work outs, so currently, I'm working on it... I believe that the best way for the exercise to be effective is to find time for it so you can enjoy it. I've always been a believer of Exercise... I've known many people who put physical fitness into their daily routine, and living a healthy lifestyle now... Not to mention looking better and younger now...

My beloved sister introduced me to this new book, Fat Smash Diet.
I've read its philosophy, and somehow, it makes sense... Again, i'm into it... Mwahahahaha, for the nth time... There's no harm in trying, right??? I think the author may have explained everything clearly which made me feel that this diet is the right one for me... Well, I might as well share it with you guys... Maybe after reading the philosophy, you might want to try it too...

Yes, I agree...i think change of lifestyle is the key. I know how hard it is especially for us who really loves to eat...i guess we better start NOW!

I'm the same. I just begin to hate exercising and then finally keep making excuses to myself to not do it. I'll do it next week though. Really I will...
