Midnight In Paris

"A romantic comedy about a family traveling to the French capital for business. The party includes a young engaged couple forced to confront the illusion that a life different from their own is better." - IMDb

This is why I love Woody Allen movies. It has this nostalgic feel, that makes me want to go to that particular place instantly.

This movie showed "the old and the new",

where an American writer (Owen Wilson), who is transported every midnight to the City of Lights in the 1920s, when it was a bohemian mecca filled with chic parties attended by artistic icons like F. Scott Fitzgerald and Pablo Picasso. - Daniel Montgomery
pertaining to the lifestyles of the known artists then, and the rich politicians now... I loved the way Woody Allen combined the 2 elements in one movie.

Look:

I liked it, and I think it's worth watching, but one thing's for sure,
you'll be seeing real couture in this movie...

I've really been wanting to see it but it keeps getting pushed back in my list of things to do...maybe now I should pull it forward.
